Sino-American Cultural Council (SACC), a non-profit cultural organization, is dedicated to deepening the understanding between China and the West through arts and education. We believe these are two important means to create bridges between China and the U.S. SACC aims to foster, promote and advance greater knowledge and appreciation of Chinese culture.
